MATH  (Minimum: 2X per week):  

• Math Grades 2-8
• High School Math:  Pre-Algebra,  Algebra 1-2,  Algebra 3-4, Geometry, College Algebra.  
• Study Group Algebra/Geometry Tutoring available for discounted rate.  (See Study Groups page)

SPANISH: 

• Oral fluency, conversation, reading,  grammar, writing, homework help.  (AZ Highly Qualified Spanish cert.)

READING:  

• For beginning readers I emphasize foundational literacy skills, including phonemic awareness, phonics, sight word recognition, and fluency.
• For intermediate readers performing below grade level, I focus on word roots, vocabulary, and a variety of evidence-based reading comprehension strategies (context clues, inferences, cause/effect, etc.)

(I have a current reading endorsement and have been working with reluctant readers for over two decades.  I am committed to fostering confidence, skill, and reading fluency in every student.)

HOMEWORK HELP: 

• Assistance in comprehension and completion of assignments from school  (math, spanish, writing, reading, social studies, science)

PROJECT HELP: 

• Guidance in brainstorming, research, and organization on school projects

ESA Tutor: 

• I am a certified teacher and on the approved list of ESA vendors.  I am flexible, and I can work with your curriculum.  (Sibling Pricing available)

PRICES:

2025-2026  School Year     

$65 / hour (60 mins) (if I come to your home, or meet somewhere else within my service location  see map on “Location” page)  

$50 / hour (60 mins) (if you bring your child to me in my home office.  –   7th Ave / Carefree Hwy )
